Why are REZZER helmets safe?

Our helmets are safe as inside there is a certified on DOT/ ECE basic safety standards full-featured motorcycle helmet without breaking the structure. We just add another layer over the base helmet and give it a unique look.

How to order and pay?

You can place your order directly on the website. Here is the sequence of actions:

  • Select the helmet you like, select the appropriate features
  • Press the "buy" button and fill in the contact form, indicating the delivery address
  • Please choose the method of payment and pay for your order. You can pay via online bank card, through your bank, secure payments by PayPal.

After payment you will get your order number. After the helmet is ready (from 10 days for the base one) we will ship it and send a unique number to your e-mail for you to track the parcel.

Can I install a wireless Bluetooth headset on the helmet?

Yes, you can install a wireless headset on any REZZER helmet. All headsets have different characteristics and price. So, choose the model you like at any motorcycle shop and install it according to the instructions. It will take 15 minutes for an unprepared person to install the headset. Our helmets are compatible with any headset. We recommend choosing a headset with the smallest thickness of the speakers.

Can I pay cash when I receive the parcel?

No. Each helmet represents an individual work on request. We start manufacturing your helmet only after 100% payment.

How much does the delivery to my country cost? To which countries do you deliver the helmets?

We offer free international delivery. This means that we ship to all locations. If there is a post office in your city or town, so you will get your helmet.

How can I track the parcel? What are the delivery times to my country?

After shipping we will send you the tracking number. An international parcel is usually delivered in 9-14 working days. While the parcel is in the originating country, you need to track it online on the post website of the originating country. When there will be the status of "sent abroad" on this website, you need to track the parcel online on the post website of the receiving country. Will I need to pay extra when receiving the goods?

It depends on the import limits in your country. Every country has different conditions and we do not have this information. You need to specify this in your local post office. In most cases, you do not have to pay extra.

Can I send you my helmet so that you use it as the base one?

No. Our equipment and manufacturing processes are configured to work with the other base helmet. We cannot reconfigure the production individually.

Why are your helmets so expensive?

The production of the helmet represents meticulous manual work, which is preceded by a great preparatory phase when a team of professionals has been working for 8 months. During the development a lot of materials and technologies are tested, and we choose only the best solutions. Each helmet manufacture takes 35-40 man hours without taking materials into account. Also do not forget that you are buying an exclusive item, and also that within each product there is a full-featured high-quality motorcycle helmet that meets all safety standards.

How can I be sure that I will receive my helmet?

You can be absolutely 100% sure that you will receive a helmet you have ordered as we work officially and are accredited by international payment systems NPO "Electronic payment service" (Ltd.) and NPO "PayPal RU" (Ltd.). All payments are insured. The status of an accredited partner guarantees the execution of obligations. The check that you will receive immediately after the payment will be the guarantee.

Can I buy a helmet on credit or with payment by installments?

No, we do not provide the possibility of payment by installments or on credit. To obtain a credit you better contact the bank.
