All of our products are final sale and many of the products we sell are made in limited quantities, custom-made and they are considered collectable items.

Any return requests made after FIVE (5) DAYS will NOT be accepted. Any return with airbrushing will NOT be accepted. NOTE: All returns MUST include original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, we will NOT accept your return and you will be liable for the shipping costs back to you. If you damaged the item we are sorry but we can't accept the return.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS:

• Send us an email info.rezzer@gmail.com and include your reason for returning along with a photo and your order number.
• Wait for an return authorization number (RA#) from us. We will review your email and send you an RA# along with instructions.
• Once you have followed the return instructions and are ready to send it back we will require you to ship the product back to us inside a shipping box and be sure to write your RA# on the outside of the box. We cannot accept returns without an RA# number.
• When we receive your return we will email you to let you know. We will refund the money less the cost of the initial delivery from us to you (100 USD). These terms also apply to products that are part of the "free delivery" promo.
